Hello, Friends!!
Today I am going to discuss the two major confrontations between the Japanese Imperial Army and the United States Imperial Army during the World Wars. We all know that during World War II, the Japanese sided the Naziz and the US sided with the allies. There was one major one confrontation-The Attack at Pearl Harbor that agitated the US to give a tremendous shock to the Japanese( Dropping Atomic Bombs[ The Manhattan Project ] at Nagasaki and Hiroshima ). So I am going to cover two topics today that are- The Attack at the Pearl Harbor and The Manhattan Project.

The Attack At Pearl Harbor
On the morning of December 7, 1941, having made no previous declaration of war. Japan attacked the U.S. Naval Base of Pearl Harbour on the island of Hawaii. The Japanese air fleet sank the majority of the U.S. Pacific fleet, resulting thousands of casualties. However, it did not discover its aircraft carriers among the vessels docked in the Hawaiian port, the main target of the Japanese attack. The Japanese used the Nakajima B5N2 and Aichi D3A torpedo bombers.

The Manhattan Project
In 1941, The United States dragged into the war by the bombing at Pearl Harbour, started to develop the atomic bomb. The operation was called the Manhattan Project and was led by Dr J. Robert Oppenheimer. On August 6 and 9, 1945, the world experienced the consequences of this weapon for the first time: around 100,000 people died instantly and the two cities were destroyed.
The Manhattan Project produced 2 atomic bomb models:-
Little Boy dropped over Hiroshima on August 6, 1945. It contained a Uranium-235 device.
Fat Man dropped over Nagasaki on August 9, 1945. It contained a Plutonium device.
