 My Great Win In RPL (RNA Premier League)

“Enjoy the game & Chase your dreams. Dreams do come true.” Every must be here loving cricket reading my blog. I am a great lover of it. There is not even single day I have not played cricket. I play cricket with my friends every evening. My society conducts a cricket tournament every year. Same way the conducted the tournament this year, 27th Feb to 28th Feb and of course I participated in that. The fees to participate was ₹300. Do you want to know which team won? Then you have to listen my whole story. Ok so let’s start.

Our tournament’s name was RPL (RNA Premier League). There were 3 teams, yellow, grey and blue made in 5 to 10 category. I was in blue team. Our society provided us with jerseys according to our teams. There were 8 players per team. We had our matches in the cricket ground of our society. On the side of our ground, we had some snacks and energy drinks on a table provided by the society. On the first day our team had 4 matches. 2 matches were at morning and other 2 were at evening. Our team was really good that we won all the 4 matches on the first day. Last match was of the day was of yellow team and grey team in evening. At late evening of the first day, we had Vada paw. That match decided which team will further go in the finals. Our team was already in the finals. At last grey team won the semi-finals and were about to compete our team next day. Now, it was the day of the finals. Our team practised well and hard on the day. Our match was in the evening at 5:30. My teams captain won the toss and chose to bowl first. The grey team gave a target of 35 in the 6 overs. Now it was our teams batting. I opened with my captain on the ground. I played the first ball and hit a six! When I made 11 runs, I got out. We needed 5 runs in 3 overs now. One of my teammates hit a six and we won the finals. At the end of the day there was award ceremony. We got a huge trophy for our winning. My captain gave me and my team the trophy for one weak each. We celebrated our win that day.
