  My Ancestral Hometown Everyone likes to go to their hometown because there we have our whole family; we are born in that place and the best thing is that we can play and spend time with our grandparents. I stayed for 1 week in my ancestral hometown. Do you know what an ancestral hometown is? It is the hometown where the family is extended.   Awaiting Rains Author : SHRIYANS CHANDAN MOHAPATRA Within homes dealing with scorching heat, with extended times with air conditioning , I definitely crave for a change. Enough of ice creams, lemonades, milkshakes. When so many things are not under our control like going out , playing outside so on, the best option is to crave for something inevitable. If summer's here , can rains be too away, not at least in Mumbai, right ! So here I am standing near my window waiting for the drops of hope to fall. Rains have a different effect, I know some of us will disagree but to each its own. I love the monsoon and can't wait for it to start!
