GRATITUDE...

Author : NISHI DOSHI

It's easy to be ungrateful these days, isn't it? It's easy to require things that we do not have. In fact, I would even go so far as saying that it is stitched into the very fabric of our society. Long ago, even I used to be ungrateful for what I had. I never actually realized the importance of gratitude until I started loosing even what I had. I have written this blog to tell you'll that how gratitude can change your life.

After starting this practice, quite literally, what I realized over time was that gratitude transformed my life. Failure helped to instill the importance of gratitude on behalf of me . It allowed me to seem at things differently, to ascertain everything during a new light, with a replacement perspective. And till now, every morning after I get fresh I take a book and a pen and just write and my day goes bright.

My gratitude list always starts with, "I am grateful to you for adding this day to my life." And then I write about being calm the entire day, about my success, my dreams and also my performances in every examination. At last I write my apologies to every soul whom I have hurt either knowingly or unknowingly. Apologies is the most important and the ones who actually do this are blessed by every soul on Earth. Lets see how does gratitude helps you.

GRATITUDE SHIFTS YOUR FOCUS:-

You see, life is all about focus. Whatever we focus on, we move towards it. When we live in a state of lack and negativity, we see more of that. It's easy to ascertain something during a negative light when you're focused thereon . In turn, it's also very easy to see things in a positive light, even when problems arise. Gratitude shifts your focus from negativity to positivity.

IT IMPROVES THE QUALITY OF YOUR LIFE:-

From your psychological state and wellness, to your emotional fortitude, spiritual aptitude, and your physical strength can all be derived from the straightforward and basic behavior of gratitude. It can change your life by quite literally improving it's quality.

If you've failed at something, or you're living a life but you are feeling you deserve, keep the religion . Keep up the hope because there is light at the other end of the tunnel.
