Happiness... isn't it the most wonderful thing in the entire world? If you see, every people dream of being happy. Whatever they do, their bottom line is to be happy and maybe make others happy. Like your parents work so hard just to give you everything and what do they get in return? your smile which makes them happy and which makes you happy. If you talk to your best friend and tell them what happened today, will kind of give your heart a relief which will in return make you happy. During this tough time if you sit for even 15 minutes with your grand parents and just talk to them, it can be anything, ask them how were their school days, tell them how much homework you got from school, the thing is TALK TO THEM, make them tell you a story, and after this 15 minutes, trust me you will see a smile in their faces and you will know what that means, they are happy.


So isn't being happy so easy? If you ask me, being happy and making others happy is the most easy and wonderful thing for me. And it's all worth it. Being happy is important. VER IMPORTANT! Scientific evidence suggests that being happy may have major benefits for your health. For starters, being happy promotes a healthy lifestyle. It may also help combat stress, boost your immune system, protect your heart and reduce pain. What's more, it may even increase your life expectancy. There are so many reasons of why being happy is important. But because of this pandemic, I have seen many people have forgotten to be happy. They think that one cannot be happy while he\she is stuck in four walls. They've forgotten that they deserve to b happy and should be happy. And why is it so? children are unhappy because they are unable to meet their friends, online classes, playing down. Youngsters are unhappy because they can't go to cinemas, cannot meet their family members, if anything happens they feel that they have become helpless and cannot help. Oldies are unhappy because they they can't go out, they feel like being house arrested, not going to kitty parties. I am not saying that being sad is not okay and it is wrong but not being happy is wrong. So now what to do?


When I was sad and didn't know what to do, I would sit, alone with a paper and pen. I would sit with myself and I would write that what is making me sad. I would make a list of things that are making me sad and then I would write the things in front of those that would make me happy. For example, if not meeting my friends is a problem, then we can do video calls and play games virtually is the solution I found out. So like that I made a list for myself writing all the solutions to my problems and stuck it at a place where I would see it everyday and trust me it worked. You can do the same, sit with yourself and make a list of things making you sad and write solutions to all. Maybe that will help you too. So that was my idea of how you can be happy! Always remember corona didn't bring unhappiness so be happy!
