Kashmir- The Heaven On Earth

A valley between the Great Himalayan Range and the Pir Panjal mountain range, Kashmir is a region of simplicity and natural beauty. It has a unique culture that keeps us fascinated throughout our journey, from Srinagar to Sonamarg and Gulmarg till Pahalgam.
Kashmir has a combination of terrains ranging from lakes, snow-capped mountains, lush hills to glacier-fed rivers. They also have a diversity of flowers that are a sight in themselves.
Letting our fingers glide through the chill waters of the Dal Lake in Srinagar on a Shikara boat is delightful. Kashmir is a pleasant place for a visit, especially for those wanting to experience teeth-chattering temperatures and snow for the first time. When there’s snow around, a snow fight is bound to happen, no matter what your age.
The weather in Kashmir is an encounter of its own. The sun rises at five in the morning and sets at nearly eight at night, giving its tourists enough time to experience the valley, the indigenous people, and the cuisine. Kashmir has a delightful cuisine that keeps our taste buds craving more. The Kashmiri kebabs, Goshtaba, and their famous Roganjosh are some preparations new visitors must try as a part of their trip.
The Kashmiris are very amicable and homely. While touring a few handicraft stores, we are fascinated to find the shawls, craftwork, and décors (made out of walnut or maple wood) designed by people where every décor or Pashmina shawl is uncommon. It’s a truly unique souvenir that you can bring back home and treasure forever.
Kashmir is truly the "Heaven on Earth" and an enchanting place that everyone should visit once in a lifetime.
