Eating fruits before or after a meal is a common practice in almost every house. We eat fruits for taste, nutrition and as food. Fruits are loaded with lots of nutrients and are considered healthy. But there are hidden dangers in many common foods. It contains poison that may make you sick, paralyse and even kill you. Today I blogger Heet will tell you about most common but poisonous fruits.

Almonds are the delicious nutty dry fruits. They are used in cooking and baking because of their excellent flavor and it unique aroma. Bitter almonds are more flavor some compared to sweet almonds. But these bitter almonds contain large amount cyanide which is poisonous. Hence these have to be heat treated or processed before consumption. All almonds sold are now heat-treated to remove traces of poison and bacteria. Cashew is yet another nutty fruits that have poison when they are raw. They grow in a shell-like structure called drapes on the plants. It contains poison urushiol which is deadly when consumed in large amounts. Roasting the Cashew destroys this poison. Cherries are one of the versatile fruits that can be cooked, baked or eaten raw. Despite its real facts, the cherry pip or seed has the poison hydrogen cyanide. Symptoms like a headache, dizziness, confusion, anxiety, and vomiting may prevail on chewing or crushing the seed. Larger doses can lead to difficulty breathing, increased blood pressure and heart rate, and kidney failure. Tomatoes: The red pulpy tomatoes are delicious to eat. Technically tomatoes are ovaries. The leaves and stems of the tomato plant contain a chemical called “Glycoalkaloid” which causes extreme nervousness and stomach upsets. Apple: It’s quite amazing to know that doctor’s favorite apple can be poisonous. The seeds of apples contain cyanogenic glycoside that produces cyanide. Ingestion of enough seeds can prove to be lethal for human life. Asparagus has been used from early times as a vegetable and medicine, owing to its delicate flavor and diuretic properties. Asparagus gives fruit which is a small red berry, which is poisonous to humans.

People accidentally kills themselves or put their lives in danger by eating the wrong part of plant or fruit. To ensure yourself with healthy fruit and prevention from poisonous fruits.
